SKS PRESS

We have set up a printmaking studio in rural Minnesota adjacent to the MN River and 7-Mile Creek County Park in Nicollet County.

The studio is in an out-building connected to a pole-barn near our house. We are set up for intaglio, relief, lithography, and silkscreen. It’s a small space with a big equipment. We have a 44x84” Takach etching press, a smaller electric Weplo lithography press, a 44”x60” drying rack, a 50x72” AWT LED exposure unit, a 24” wide ferric bath, a library of 10 litho stones, two graining sinks (outdoor/indoor), a 44x74 rebuilt one-arm screen press vacuum table, and a dog wash sink turned into a washout booth.

Beyond a private studio, we hope to teach some classes through a local art center and host an artist here and there in the space.
